Business Card for: Joey Teehan

The card is a minimalist typographic design. It reflects the type of work that I am most passionate about. I needed to look friendly and approachable. The website was to be the main focus of the card. http://www.joeyteehan.ie

One colour both sides (Pantone Orange 021U & K)
400 grams uncoated stock

This design is being published in Index Book’s design book My Own Business Card #2 released in February 2011.

I like the minimalist approach, although I would have chosen a different typeface for the back info, or at least used a mix of lowercase/caps: at the moment it’s a bit difficult to read.

Well done at any rate, mate! The flat orange is definitely positive and vibrant. Is it a dayglo colour?

I absolutely agree with your comments. There is quiet a few things that I would change to the back of the card.

The Pantone Orange is extremely vibrant in daylight. It works nicely with the pure white stock.

Yes it is. It’s my favorite colour. So it was an easy choice to make.
