Business Card for: Nathaniel Hebert

Venturing into the freelance world after working at an agency for a few years, I wanted to create a business card that was timeless, clean and not overly “designed”. I opted for simple font pairings, Franklin Gothic & Century, aligned on the vertical with carefully gridded baselines.

The logo itself is deceptively simple but is loaded with meaning. It stands for the “N” in my first name, Nathaniel, a bow tie, which is something I wear quite often, and the norse rune of transformation, Dagaz, which I thought appropriate since it symbolizes a successful conclusion to a passage and a new dawn.

The card was printed at “The Print House” on card stock with a matte finish.
