Business Card for: Stage

Identity for a fine dining restaurant in the Honolulu Design Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. The logo is made of up 16 interchangeable icons with eyes in them that create a mask representing the classic archetypes in theatre.

 

The concept for the identity was essentially broken down to:

 

Style: A way of using language or symbols as representation of ideas, i.e. characters.
+
Mystery: The hidden nature and intrigue of theatre, masks, story, drama.
=
Stage: The intersection and performance of style and mystery.

 

Business cards were printed 1 color and one tinted varnish coat on each side then the eyes were die cut out.
